16 cartoon style meme - Demon

I saw this meme by the other day and knew I had to do it. It looked like a lot of fun, and of course it was. Here, try it!

I draw Demon _all the time_, so it was fun and relatively easy to draw him in different styles. Whether those styles look anything like the cartoons they're supposed to represent is another matter. I did try to keep things kind of simplified as if for TV animation, but I got carried away with the fur and spots.

I have notes on some of them:

Chowder - I don't think it looks like Chowder style at all, so I guess that's a failure. Anyway, don't eat anything Demon prepares. Just saying.

Flapjack - Hopefully it's obvious, but I went for one of those gruesome, ultra-detailed closeups. I hope it's at least slightly creepy, because damn that show is TERRIFYING. I drew this one last, and it wound up being my favorite.

Family Guy - This drawing is my least favorite of the bunch, because it's so static and boring. I couldn't think of any zany antics for him at the time; now I realize I should have had him fighting the chicken. Next time, chicken. Next time...

Happy Tree Friends - Demon looks odd without a muzzle. The result reminds me a bit of Stitch, and a bit of Max (from Sam and Max, of course)

Lilo & Stitch - This was naturally the easiest style for me to imitate, seeing as I'm largely Disney-influenced. Also, I've drawn Demon as one of Jumba's experiments before.

I drew this one first, on a separate file and at a larger size. He's surfing. I might color it later.

South Park - I should have used more shades of gray to get that cutout look; he's got too many lines on him. I sketched it as I normally would and then filled in the background so I could erase most of the lines.

Fairly OddParents - This was my favorite before I drew the Flapjack one.

When I look at it, I hear Cosmo's voice, which brings me to one of the main reasons Demon is a mute: if I allowed him a voice, it would sound ridiculous and irritating.

Sonic the Hedgehog - I like it, but his arms just aren't noodly enough. I already toned down the muscles once to make them noodlier, but it wasn't enough.

Total Drama Island - I have never seen this show, making it one of two on this list.

Invader ZIM - This would be the other one. Yeah, I've been meaning to fix that.

Phineas and Ferb - I'm thinking he's going to regret stealing Perry's hat.
